Kepier is based in Houghton-le-Spring and is one of the largest
secondary schools in the area. As an Academy, we provide education to
learners aged 11-16 and deliver our own internal business support; such
as Catering, Human Resources, Financial, Site Services and Learning
Support. We employee circa 140 staff (including over 50 teachers).
If you would like to gain experience of working in this environment, we
want to hear from you.
This experience will give you the opportunity to apply for substantive

This is a position without salary, expenses may be paid where
appropriate. However, there will be the opportunity to apply for positions
