Remember the days of being in school for 8.30am…the dreaded alarm in the morning getting you up. Knowing exactly where to be at a certain time. As much as we sometimes do not like a routine, a routine during this time can be extremely helpful it give you the structure to the day, so you don’t find yourself staring at the clock, or chilling in bed all day.
