Leadership and staffing
There is a whole school approach to Careers education in Kepier, with a dedicated team of Mr Warkman (member of the Senior Leadership Team), managing Careers and Danielle Wilson (Careers Advisor) co-ordinating the provision day-to-day.
Culture and Wellbeing teachers deliver taught sessions on careers and curriculum departments arrange subject specific work related visits or activities and coaches disseminate any relevant information to their coaching groups. Staff with a year 11 group assist with CVs.

Miss D. Wilson – Careers Advisor (Career Wave) Level 6 qualified Careers Advisor – One to One career appointments with learners. |

Mrs L. Mirley – Department Leader for PSHCE Coordinates PSHCE schemes of learning and careers lessons within PSHCE. |
