Leadership and staffing

There is a whole school approach to Careers education in Kepier, with a dedicated team of Mr Warkman (member of the Senior Leadership Team), managing Careers and Danielle Wilson (Careers Advisor) co-ordinating the provision day-to-day.

Culture and Wellbeing teachers deliver taught sessions on careers and curriculum departments arrange subject specific work related visits or activities and coaches disseminate any relevant information to their coaching groups. Staff with a year 11 group assist with CVs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Mr C. Devlin – Headteacher
Strategic oversight of whole school improvement plan.
Mrs C. Stobbart – Link Governor for Personal Development and Careers
Challenge and support to Careers Lead and reporting into the Governing Body.
Mr A. Warkman – Deputy Headteacher and Careers Leader
Strategic oversight of Career, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG).
Miss G. Bolt – Wider Careers Programme Coordinator and Subject
Lead for Business and Enterprise
Leadership of the wider careers programme and events.
Miss D. Wilson – Careers Advisor (Career Wave)
Level 6 qualified Careers Advisor – One to One career appointments with learners.
Mrs L. Mirley – Department Leader for PSHCE
Coordinates PSHCE schemes of learning and careers lessons within PSHCE.
