Refunds have been processed by the school and parents should now be able to see these by logging onto their ParentPay account. However, we have been made aware that due to high demand and the amount of refunds being processed by all schools across the country, it may take up to 10 days to receive the amount you are due. The guidance we have received, from ParentPay, is that if you haven’t received your refund by the 21st April 2020 please contact ParentPay via the following email parent-support@parentpay.com and they will be able to assist.
