**Routine ideas**
As much as we sometimes do not like a routine, it can be extremely helpful to give you the structure to the day, so that you don’t find yourself staring at the clock, or chilling in bed all day. Have a look at some of the ideas and plans below, you could even take and adapt them to suit your plans.
