Dear Parents/Carers,
Thank you so much for helping your child to fill in their options form. We have had a fantastic response. If you haven’t already done so, would you mind ticking the parental consent box, which is near the bottom of the form? Here’s how to do it:
- Register for SIMS, using the invitation that was sent to you by email last night
- Once you’ve successfully registered, go to www.sims-options.co.uk and log in
- You will see your child’s options form
- Check that you are happy with the choices that have been made AND the priority order in which they appear
- If you are happy, tick the ‘parental consent’ box near the bottom of the form.
- Click ‘Save’ near the top left corner of the form
And that’s it!
If you have any problems with this, please don’t worry. We will contact you in other ways to get your consent.
