Wellbeing Year 9 & 10

This page is designed to support you in year 9,10 and 11.

As you can see there are different headings that will take you to different resources, websites, videos, top tips etc. Your health and wellbeing is very important to us, and so, as much as we can’t see you day to day, this page is there to give you the tools you need at home to ensure you can look after your wellbeing.

What is there for you?

Weekly Assemblies – Each week a PowerPoint or video will be shown to you in your morning coaching session, looking at a specific theme for that week.

Wellbeing/PSHCE resources – PowerPoints, tasks sheets, videos and activities linked to sleep, mental health, diet, exercise and much more.

Weekly Newsletter – This will be posted on the Facebook page and website – it will cover tips linked to the theme of the week, address any questions that have been asked that might benefit all of you, teacher messages to you, and useful hints that arise throughout the weeks.

Those burning questions – Do you have a question about what is going on at the minute, any concerns around school work and what is happening. Complete the google form and we will get back to you with an answer as best as we possibly can.
